AI-Native Builder

开启 Build in Public 探索

Build in Public

  • Injective
  • Starknet
  • Polkadot

  • Solidity

  • Bitcoin whitepaper
  • Ethereum yellow paper
  • Polkadot paper / JAM grey paper

  • Vibe Coding

Build in Public,

  • AI Research Compression
  • Design Systems
  • Protocol Research
  • Content Systems

From Fashion Designer to AI-Native Builder

Starting My Build in Public Journey

Over the past year, I’ve been asking myself one question again and again:

In the age of AI, what are the real limits of one person?

Not long ago, building a product usually required a team.

Today, one person with AI can build a full product in a week.

But very quickly I realized something important:

Being able to build something doesn’t mean the market needs it.

In the current AI hype cycle, launching a product with vibe coding can easily attract attention.

But when the hype fades, every product still faces the same fundamental question:

Does it solve a real problem for real users?

In Silicon Valley, there’s a very practical startup path:
Observe the market → identify a real demand → build an MVP quickly with AI → put it in front of users → iterate fast.

If this loop keeps running, it becomes a flywheel:
Find demand → build product → user feedback → iterate → build influence → monetize → discover new demand

That is why I decided to start Building in Public.

On one side, it’s my way of exploring the possibility of a One-Person Company.

On the other side, it allows me to build visibility and influence.

Because in today’s world, having skills is not enough.

Your work needs to be seen.

A Fashion Designer’s Turning Point

Over the past 5 years, my life has changed a lot.

I used to work in the fashion industry and studied design in Italy.

Back then, I loved the atmosphere of working with Italian designers: open, creative, and full of experimentation.

But many things began to change.

The pandemic, industry restructuring, consumption downgrade, and geopolitical shifts.
An industry structure that had been stable for nearly 20 years started to break down.

During this time, I also moved cities (Shenzhen → Hangzhou). I watched the fashion industry slowly fall into stagnation.
The work environment I once loved gradually disappeared.

At the same time, social pressure kept increasing.
Younger graduates struggling to find jobs.
And the infamous “35-year career barrier.”

I began to realize something:

Maybe the old system is no longer where I should look for opportunities.

An Unexpected Entry

In July 2025, I came across a hackathon on Xiaohongshu called AdventureX.

Walking into the venue, I felt something I hadn’t experienced for years.

Young people building things.
Open discussions.
Energy everywhere.

It reminded me of my days studying in Italy.

So I started joining different Web3 bootcamps:

  • Injective
  • Starknet
  • Polkadot

Then I realized something funny.

I had accidentally joined developer bootcamps.
But I didn’t back out.

Because 2 years earlier, when ChatGPT first appeared, I had already started learning with AI.

Since then, AI has become my learning partner.

AI helped me restructure many knowledge systems:

  • design thinking
  • luxury industry history
  • art history
  • brand systems

Over two years, AI recommended more than 1000 books to me.

I personally read over 200 of them.

Books I read

When I entered Web3, I studied:

  • blockchain architecture
  • Solidity
  • smart contract development

I also read the foundational papers:

  • Bitcoin whitepaper
  • Ethereum yellow paper
  • Polkadot / JAM papers

With AI’s help, I managed to read and understand them.

For the first time, I truly felt:

Technology can completely reshape a person’s life.

In 6 months of Web3 bootcamps, I received 6 “top student” awards.

By the end of 2025, with AI coding tools improving rapidly, I was already able to build full Web3 projects independently in Cursor.

At that moment I realized something:

AI didn’t just open a window for me. It opened the entire world.

A New Realization

By the end of 2025, I kept thinking about one question:

What can I actually build for my future?

Looking at my skills:

  • design
  • cross-cultural communication
  • AI collaboration
  • vibe coding

It seemed like I knew many things. But they were scattered across different fields.

Then one day, the algorithm pushed a concept to me:

The One-Person Company.

Suddenly, the topic exploded across Chinese social media.

Can one person really operate like a company?

At first it sounded unbelievable. But something clicked.

For the first time, I had a clear aha moment:

Maybe this is exactly the opportunity created by this era.

AI, open source, and the internet have massively expanded the boundaries of individual capability.

A person is no longer just a worker in a system. A person can become a system.

And Build in Public might be the most accessible way to make that system visible.

The Experiment Begins

So I decided to run a long-term experiment.

I want to explore one question:

How far can the capability of one person expand in the AI era?

My exploration will focus on 4 directions:

  • AI Research Compression
  • Design Systems
  • Protocol Research
  • Content Systems

AI has already changed the way I learn and work.

In the past, people judged capability by years of experience.

But in the AI era, that standard may no longer apply.

AI allows individuals to:

  • find the best experts in any field
  • access the most important books instantly
  • compress knowledge into high-density insights

Learning speed can be tens of times faster than before.

A new lifestyle is emerging:

One person + one laptop = one universe of possibilities.

The Road Ahead

Right now, I still don’t know exactly where this path will lead.

But one thing is clear to me.

The future will not belong only to people who already control resources.

It will also belong to people who:

  • keep learning
  • keep exploring
  • keep building in public

I’ll continue exploring questions like:

  • How will AI reshape our lives?
  • Can one person really build a company?
  • How do we find certainty in an uncertain era?

The road is still long.

But the journey has already begun.
